New admissions are generally entertained in the beginning of the academic year. Following procedure is adopted to facilitate the parents/guardian seeking admission for their wards

Parents may submit applications for registering their children’s names in the office in February / March. Mere registration does not guarantee admission.

Criteria for Admission and Withdrawal

The criteria is exactly conforming to the M.O.E., UAE and the respective Boards of Examination. If necessary parents may enquire the details of the same through mail/ e-mail.  However, the essentials are given below.

Admission to K.G. classes

3 years of age on or before 15th of April of the year of admission.

  • Birth Certificate of the child and its photocopy
  • The original passport showing the valid residence permit of the child along with a photocopy.
  • The original documents are returned on the spot and the photocopies retained in the school record.

Admission to Class 1 onwards:

  • Valid residence permit in respect of student.
  • TC issued from the previous school (in original), duly counter-signed by District Education Officer Affiliation Board of the school concerned whose signatures should be further attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diplomatic Mission of UAE in the country wherein the child’s school is situated.
  • Finally the attestation of UAE mission is to be authenticated here at the office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of UAE.
  • For students coming from India, the Consulate General of India in Dubai attests the D.E.O’s signature and in turn the authentication can be obtained from UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
