CIRCULAR TO THE PARENTS

PARENT TEACHER CONTACT SESSION

 

The first Terminal Examination / Summative Assessment 1 (a) Result as well as the answer-scripts of the students will be shown to the respective parents in the Parent-Teacher Contact Session as per the following schedule :

 

a) For the students of Classes KG-1 to Std. II: Tuesday, 5th July, 2011 from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 5.30 pm

b) For the students of Classes III to XII: Wednesday, 6th July, 2011 from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 5.30 pm

 

Please ensure to collect the result strictly in accordance with the above schedule to avoid overcrowding. The respective class-teachers will be available as per the timings given above.

 

KINDLY BRING YOUR WARD STRICTLY IN SCHOOL UNIFORM FOR THE PARENT TEACHER CONTACT SESSION.

 

It is essential to clear all the fee dues by 30th June, 2011.

 

Regular classes (during respective shifts) will be held for Std. IX to XII on 3rd, 4th and 5th July, 2011, where as others (KG-1, KG-2 and Std. I to VIII) will not have classes from 3rd July onwards. Students of Std. XII (both shifts) will have special classes from 2nd July (Saturday) to 21st July, 2011 (Thursday) as per the time table given to them by their Supervisors.

 

SUMMER VACATION:

 

The school will remain closed for summer vacation from Sunday, 10th July, 2011. During vacation the school office will function from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm. During Ramadan, the office will function on all working days from 9 am to 2 pm.

Parents can contact school office for admission for classes KG to VII(A student should have taken admission in a school in the new academic year and attended classes for 3 months as on 11 September, 2011). Transfer Certificates showing continuation should be produced (Admission subject to M.O.E. conditions and availability of seats). Confirmation of admission will be made only when the school reopens.

 

Please note that, no certificate will be issued by the school during summer vacation. If any certificate is required, please approach us now itself. (E.g.: Ministry attested certificate for Visa Renewal, Transfer Certificate etc.)

 

REOPENING:

The school will reopen on Monday, 12th September, 2011 after Eid-Ul-Fitr holidays and classes will be held as per usual shift timings.
